Back in 1973 Secretary of State Henry, (don’t call me Heinz), Kissinger met with Chinese super-commie Mao Zedong.
“You know, China is a very poor country,” Mao said. “We don’t have much. What we have in excess is women. Do you want our Chinese women? We can give you 10 million.”
Translation: “I’m just going to kill these bitches, or send them off to labor camps anyway.”
Let the record show that Kissinger never called back to say, “Hell yes, we’d like 10 mil to go please!”
When I first learned that Henry had dropped the ball on this important cultural exchange I was so mad I wanted to take away his Nobel Prize. That was it for me. I could never take Kissinger seriously after that. If I sound bitter about it, I am. In ‘73 I was 15. I’d have cut off my left foot for a couple of hot Asian girlfriends.
